Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only if:

• The item was delivered damaged

• The wrong product or size (e.g., 4L instead of 20L) was delivered

• The product is defective or leaking upon arrival

Returned items must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used paint buckets

• Products with broken seals not caused during delivery

• Custom-mixed products or special orders

• Screeding putty that has been exposed to air or tampered with

Replacement / Refund Process

Once we inspect and confirm the issue:

• A replacement product will be sent within 1–3 business days
  OR

• A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

 

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the return costs.
If the customer ordered the wrong product, the customer will cover the return shipping fee.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Within Abuja: 1–2 business days

• Other Major Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other States / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:

• Delivery location

• Order weight/quantity

• Courier rates

The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout or communicated after order confirmation.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or delivery update via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

 

Failed Delivery / Unreachable Customer
If our dispatch or courier is unable to reach you after two attempts, the item will be returned to our office.
A second delivery will require an additional delivery fee.
